2. Description of Service

PixSnap provides developer APIs for generating images (OG images, QR codes, placeholders) and extracting URL metadata. The service is provided on a subscription basis with various usage tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your API usage is subject to the limits of your subscription plan. Exceeding your limits will result in API requests being rejected. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using our APIs. We retain ownership of the PixSnap service, including all software, documentation, and trademarks.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
